- Items modified or altered by the customer
- Refunds requested after 30 days of project completion
- Design consultation fees (non-refundable)
3. Refund Timeframes
Important Time Limits
- Product Returns: 14 days from delivery date
- Service Refunds: 30 days from project completion
- Defective Items: 90 days from installation date
3.1 Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days after processing
- Credit card refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear
