3. Refund Timeframes

Important Time Limits

  • Product Returns: 14 days from delivery date
  • Service Refunds: 30 days from project completion
  • Defective Items: 90 days from installation date

3.1 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days after processing
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear
