WoodTech provides modular kitchen and home interior solutions, including but not limited to:

• Design consultation and planning services
• Custom modular kitchen manufacturing and installation
• Home interior design and furniture solutions
• Repair and maintenance services
• Project management and coordination
• Material sourcing and procurement

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services, including project specifications, measurements, and contact details.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Project Scope

All projects are subject to written agreements that specify scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4.3 Installation and Delivery

• Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Customer must ensure access to installation site
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access or special requirements
• Customer is responsible for any necessary permits or approvals

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WoodTech and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by WoodTech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

6.1 Product Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our products and workmanship as specified in individual project agreements. Warranty terms may vary by product type and manufacturer.

6.2 Warranty Limitations

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
• Warranty is void if products are modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel
• Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period
• Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WoodTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WoodTech and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WoodTech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
